My name is Weronika Wozniak and I graduated from the University of Derby with A First-Class Honours Degree in Popular Music BA (Hons) in 2022. During my studies, I’ve learnt how to use my voice and how to be a confident singer and songwriter. While still studying I started my teaching career at Derby Supplementary School in 2021 where I taught music classes.

I attended my first singing lesson when I was 8 years old. Since then, singing is an integral part of my life.

I remember my struggles as a singer when I was a teenager.

My voice didn’t want to cooperate with me… and I didn’t know why.

I simply thought that was impossible to fix or change.

Only the singing lessons I’ve taken and my experience at the university taught me how to solve all my singing problems.

Now, I teach my students how to avoid all the mistakes I made when I was younger.

I currently teach in Derby in the UK and online. I regularly organise events for my students so that they can gain more experience on stage.

I have also had the pleasure of being invited many times to conduct voice emission workshops at NTU Metronome Confetti in Nottingham.

I have started my vocal coaching business in January 2022. I always felt like teaching was the profession that would bring me joy and satisfaction.

I truly believe that everyone who speaks can learn to sing. It is a matter of time you spend practising.

I work with a variety of people and I always highlight that age does not matter. For some people singing may be the biggest passion, source of income or just an everyday hobby.

One thing is certain, we all enjoy doing it!

That’s why learning how to use your voice should never be disappointing.

A singing lesson should leave you with a feeling of satisfaction as you always learn something new and useful, but it also should be a pleasant time.

Every lesson gets you closer to your aim so it should leave a smile on your face.  My teaching methods are focused on building my student’s confidence and self-awareness. You will learn how to use your voice correctly and healthily. I always adapt the teaching plan to the individual needs of each of my students, thanks to which the effects are quickly noticeable.
