By booking or attending singing lessons with Weronika Vocal Coach, you accept these terms and conditions as well as the Privacy Policy.

  • ·     Lessons will last for 60 minutes as specified when you make your booking. Please arrive on time for your lesson, whether it is in-person or online. If you arrive late, your lesson time may be reduced to accommodate other clients. Lesson packages are available in sets of four, each lasting 60 minutes. You will have 48 hours to schedule your lessons once you make a purchase. The sooner you schedule them, the better your chances of getting the slots you want. You must use your lessons within 35 days of purchasing.

    ·      For online lessons, please ensure that you have a stable broadband connection. We use Google Meet, Microsoft Teams or Skype for online lessons. You will automatically receive a link to the Google Meet in your “New Appointment” email. In case you decide to change the online meeting platform to Microsoft Teams or Skype, please contact us in advance.

    ·       If you decide to have a lesson in person, please mind the fact that you or your child can bring one accompanying person (parent or adult guardian) for the first lesson only. Then, only the student will be allowed to participate in the lessons. This is to prevent interruption during a lesson. An exemption from the rule occurs when a child needs extra care during lessons.

    ·       You can always switch your lesson in person to an online one if you let me know about it in advance.

    ·     Pictures or recordings might be taken during courses or 1:1 sessions for marketing purposes. If you do not wish to be included in recordings or pictures please state that clearly before the lesson.

    ·       I offer a 15-minute online consultation available via ZOOM. Once you book the consultation and you cannot attend it due to various circumstances, it will be impossible to reschedule it. You can book your consultation via email at weronikavocalcoach@gmail.com

    ·    No refunds will be issued for cancelled or missed lessons, regardless of the reason. However, if you notify Weronika Vocal Coach at least 24 hours in advance, you can reschedule the lesson for an available slot within a week of your originally scheduled lesson. To reschedule, contact Weronika Vocal Coach at weronikavocalcoach@gmail.com . Please note that rescheduling is subject to availability. You can find available slots in the “book a lesson” section. This applies to online lessons or lessons bought within a Package.

    ·     You can only reschedule the same lesson once, regardless of circumstance.

    · When Weronika – Vocal Coach cancels a session, no charge will be made. Pre-paid sessions can be carried forward to another date or refunded in full.
